What You’ll Do

As Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be central to maintaining the beauty and tranquillity of Wild Thyme & Honey:

Oversee daily housekeeping operations – Ensuring rooms and suites are immaculate and inviting.
Conduct room checks – Maintaining consistency, cleanliness, and presentation across all spaces.
Support, train & lead the housekeeping team – Building skill, confidence, and pride in their work.
Help with hands‑on housekeeping tasks as needed – Leading by example during busy periods.
Manage stock and supplies – Linen levels, amenities, equipment, and orders.
Uphold hygiene and safety standards – Ensuring compliance with policies and best practice.
Work closely with reception & maintenance – For smooth daily operations and guest satisfaction.
Protect the hotel’s ambience – Ensuring every room reflects the calm, natural beauty of our Cotswolds retreat.
