🎯 What You’ll Do

As Bar Manager, you’ll help shape the guest experience at the heart of our inn:

🍻 Lead daily bar operations – Including cellar management and stock rotation

🍸 Deliver outstanding drinks service – Recommending wines, ales, cocktails & softs

🧑‍🤝‍🧑 Train, coach & support the bar team

📦 Oversee ordering & supplier relationships

🧼 Maintain bar cleanliness & presentation

🤝 Work closely with FOH and kitchen teams to create seamless service
