Your Day‑to‑Day

As Supervisor, you’ll support smooth, elegant operations across our restaurant, bar, and lounge spaces:

Lead service with confidence – Supporting team briefings, table management, and guest flow.

Support the bar team – Helping deliver refined cocktails and premium drinks.
Assist with bookings & table plans – Including private dining and celebrations.
Guide and support the team – Coaching newer members and ensuring everyone feels confident.

Assist with stock checks & admin – Helping managers with daily operational tasks.
