Junior Sous Chef – The Hare and Hounds, SpeenAre you an ambitious chef ready to take the next step in your career, supporting a talented brigade and working with fresh, seasonal ingredients? At The Hare and Hounds in Speen, we’re looking for a passionate, driven Junior Sous Chef to help deliver exceptional food in our busy, much‑loved village pub. As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll work closely with our Sous and Head Chef, take responsibility for sections during service, and help guide junior members of the team — all while continuing to develop your skills in a supportive, creative kitchen environment.
